Actor Marlon Wayans say Tupac was not a real gangster

Marlon Wayans said he had a great relationship with the late rapper Tupac. He claims Tupac was not a real gangster.  Marlon said "he wasn't real ganster but he acted gangster".  Pac was a performance high school kid and he was very smart. He was a method actor, he was silly and he was a clown.  Marlon sometimes called Tupac Palmolive thug because his hand was so soft.  There no gangster with hand like that.  Marlon felt Tupac was at a turning point in his life and career at the time of his death.  He said "I think he would have matured at this point to be the leader that I think this generation could use in a lot of ways because he was that".  “I think Pac was about to come to his come-to-Jesus moment where he actually became the philanthropist and the teacher that he honestly could have and should have been. He was an amazing dude. He was a well-rounded dude. He’s missed. And he was silly. We had a lot of fun. We laughed a lot". 
Marlon had seen both Tupac and Biggie on the night they were murder
 Marlon talked about seeing Biggie and Tupac separately on the night of their death.  The night Tupac was shot Marlon was hanging with his high school friend Omar Epps.  They spotted Tupac and the said Suge Knight was there went over to say what's up and gave him love then Marlon and Omar left in a cab.  Then Tupac got into a car that he ended up getting shot in.
Marlon was at a party when he seen Biggie.  Biggie said to him "Yo, I love your family. I love what ya’ll do man. Yo, you heard the shoutout I gave you in the song?". Twenty minutes later he got shot.
