Rapper Cassidy was arrested for driving with a suspended license, the Philly rapper decided to push his whip through Chinatown area knowing he didn’t have a valid license. Cassidy hit a check point they ran a check on his license and was handcuffed and arrested, Uber or Lyft would of kept the rapper out of jail.
