Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino made history at the Grammys winning song & album of the year with the hit so "This Is America" beating out Gods Plan and other hit songs. The very talented rapper - actor-singer was asked to perform at the Grammys and declined the offer, to add to that he didn't show up to the awards show. The Grammys has been under fire for the disregard of the hip hop artist in the industry, and Canadian rapper Drake made it known the Grammy award isn't needed to be successful.
