Chris Brown has seen his share of court rooms but it looks like he may be right back in one because the lady that says she was punched by him in Vegas is back. The D.A. of Nevada had already come to the conclusion that there just wasn’t enough evidence to hit Chris with misdemeanor charges. The woman, Liziane Gutierrez is now making it a civil lawsuit still sticking to her story that Chris Brown actually punched her in the face and stole her cellphone with charges like battery, theft and defamation would not be a good thing for Chris if this is now taken seriously but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
