Rapper DMX is in big trouble and I’m not sure if he can get out of this one, no rehab can save you from Uncle Sam. For years DMX was making millions of dollars and for some reason he thought he could hide his income by spending cash and not leaving paper trails or electronic transactions. The IRS / Feds hit DMX with 14 counts of tax evasion, The U.S. Attorney Office say the rapper has concealed his income for several years now and now owe about $1.7 million in back taxes from hit songs in the early 2000’s. DMX thought he could out smart Uncle Sam by spending cash and no bank accounts but DMX whoever paid you probably filed that they paid you money so that isn’t going to work. In 2011 and 2012 his income is unknown, but in reality he made $353k and $542k then in 2013 he reported that he made $10k when he actually made $250k. If convicted of all 14 counts he will be looking at 44 years in the feds.
