Fetty was given a field sobriety test, which he failed. He then blew a .09 … just over the legal limit.
Fetty was driving just after 1 AM Friday when cops watched him drag racing. They say he was moving north of 100 mph in a 50 MPH zone as he challenged the other motorist.
He was arrested on 15 charges, including reckless endangerment, drag racing, DUI, after too close, driving without a valid license aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.
The rapper, who drove a 2015 Mercedes, was pulled over and he handed the officer an expired New Jersey driver’s license. We are told the cop immediately noticed signs of intoxication.
Fetty was taken to prison. We’re told he will be bailing out soon.
