New Queen of rap Cardi B was the most recent victim of the Hip Hop Police, The special task force are well known in the New York area for harassing rap artist in the area and many high profile rap stars. Cardi B was allegedly pull out of her Bentley SUV and put in a choke hold as of now their is no explanation from either side bout the incident, Cardi reached out to her boyfriend Offset from the ATL group the Migo’s after being choked.
