Kanye West's huge hit from his last album “Yeezus”, New Slaves, is now getting hims sued. TMZ is reporting that Ye is being sued by composer, Gabor Presser who had his song “Gyongyhaju lany” sampled at the end of Kanye's track. Now Ye was originally given clearance to use the sample by Gabor. Gabor believed that he would give him permission then some deal would be worked out later down the road but that never happened according to him and he was just sent $10,000 and he never cashed the check. Gabor is now suing for $2.5 million for copyright infringement so stay tuned for updates.
