Kim and Kanye asked judge to fine Youtube founder

Kim and Kanye

Kim and Kanye is suing Youtube founder Chad Hurley for illegally leaking their engagement event last October. The couple is accusing Hurly of stalling on the case and they want the judge to order Hurly to pay $6,000 in legal fees for making them wait. Hurly has not comply with obligation to the case. He refused to sign off on Kim and Kanye proposed exhibits of evidence. He’s declining to confirm his signature is real and he has allegedly refused to turn over document related to the case that the couple counsel had requested. The two sides have signed off on a November 17 trail date.
