LARGE RETAIL STORES SUED FOR TUPAC CLOTHING


21 Years after the death of Tupac it seems everyone is still trying to cash in on the late rapper. Recently the old BMW the Pac and Suge was shot in was auctioned off alone with many other items. Now two retail clothing giants are accused of ripping off Tupac brand by selling clothing with his image on it with out permission. Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters was hit with a lawsuit for images the a photographer name Danny Clinch who took the picture for the Rolling Stone in the 90’s. Amaru/AWA Merchandising entered a agreement with two companies to use the photos on clothing, Danny Clinch said they have no rights over the pics and is suing for $600,000 in damages.
