Rapper Mc Hammer is best known for his 1990 album “Please Hammer, Don’t Hurt Em, his dancing and balloon looking pants. He is also known for his financial trouble. In 1996 the rapper from Oakland filed for bankruptcy, in 2007 he paid a debt to the IRS in the amount of $1.4 million. In 2013 a report showed that Hammer still owe the IRS $798,033 in back taxes. Uncle Sam is again seeking another payment of $1.4 million from Hammer for penalties and interest on the 1996 delinquency. Hammer is filing documents asking a judge to stop the IRS from collecting more money from him.
