MEEK MILL A FREE MAN … FROM PRISON TO THE NBA PLAYOFF GAME 5

The Supreme Court of PA made the decision and Meek Mill is a free man. Judge Genece Brinkley decision was overruled and Meek had a lot of support from the public the Mayor, Cardi B, Kevin Hart, NBA… NFL owners and more. Despite Judge Brinkley being hard on the MMG rapper on the probation violation, the arresting officer has been outed as a dirty cop. Meek isn’t free of all charges he was just granted bail pending a hearing in about 60 days to possibly dismiss the conviction.

Meek Mill was very grateful “I’d like to thank God, my family, my friends, my attorneys, my team at Roc Nation including JAY-Z, Desiree Perez, my good friend Michael Rubin, my fans, The Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all my public advocates for their love, support and encouragement during this difficult time.” Meek also gave T.I. a call to personally thank him and he promised to use his platform to help and bring awareness to those of color wrongfully convicted.

76ers co-owner Michael Rubin promised to pick Meek up when released and made good on his word. The billionaire owner sent his helicopter to pick the rapper up and made it to the stadium just in time to watch game 5, Heat vs 76ers.

Jay Z was also speaked on in Meek Mill behalf and the broken justice system that is locking up minorites at a alarming rate.  “Today, Meek Mill, a son of Philadelphia, is a free man. He was incarcerated unjustly and caught in a probation trap for years by a broken system. Now we can celebrate his release. We thank every individual that has supported and fought alongside Meek every step of the way.”

Meek rings the bell at the 5th game of the playoffs Miami Heat vs 76er’s and the crowed goes crazy but not before a shower in the team locker room, he did come straight from prison.  Kevin Hart who just recently visited Meek in prison was by his side at the game.
