We have known about Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey having a rocking relationship for a while now but it seems things are finally officially coming to an end. TMZ reports that Nick actually filed for divorce back on December 12th which made it clear why Mariah had been late to her NBC tree-lighting special because she was busy talking to her lawyers about property settlements.
