The ATL rapper was arrested and may not face a weapons charge but he will need to deal with drug possession for weed and intent to distribute. Rich Homie Quan was booked in ATL for felony possession of drugs according to law enforcement the drug that the rapper possessed was weed, its unclear how much he had. Unfortunately for Rich Homie Quan in the State of Georgia the amount doesn’t determine if the charge is a felony, If convicted he’s facing up to 30 years in prison.
