Miami rapper Rick Ross the boss known for his gangsta rap is giving back to his community, when most hear his name its about something negative but there is another side to the artist. William Leonard Roberts II aka Rick Ross started his grind early at the age 13 earning $30 every 12 hours he was worked hard everyday. At the age 40 Ross the boss has his own record label and Maybach Music Group and a string of Wingstop locations. Growing up the spot in the hood was Checkers, they had the best burgers in town Ross wanted to own a piece of the hood so he purchased the local burger joint. Now Ross is providing jobs in his hood, Ross also paired his Wingstop connections to a scholarship program for youths in underprivileged communities.
