Suge Knight is battling with the courts again regarding his treatment in jail, this time over family visitation. Knight appealed to the court last month when a judge then signed a court order to allow his 7 year old son Legend visitation. However, late last week Knight’s son and mother were denied access to the jail where Knight is being held.
Even after producing the court order allowing for the visit, the Men’s County Jail blocked the visit from the lone minor named in the court order due to the Jail’s policy of not allowing visitation of a minor without adult supervision. The child's mother and Knight’s fiance’, Tio-Lin Kelly tried to get on the order with her child but was denied. The former head of Death Row records is due in court again next week.
