Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter V” will not be out come October 28th as expected. Lil Wayne was reportedly supposed to host a pre-album release party in New Orleans. But the lack of a track listing or pre-order on iTunes pretty much told us what was up. Today the Young Money president gave conformation that they are looking for another release date for the album.
