TIDAL’S parent company Aspiro has lost $30 million last year, Tidal is in the negative also and struggling to make the payments they owe $480,000 after the $56,000,000 purchase of the company. Jay Z company has had issues with music releases and also being questioned about inflated subscriber numbers and lawsuits. Beyonce and Kanye help bring the number of subscribers up to 4.2 million but there is a lot of competition with streaming services like Spotify, Pandora, and Apple who were also interested in purchasing the company. Kanye voiced his opinion on twitter telling Apple to buy Tidal all the streaming companies wars is messing up the music business, I’m not sure how but it isn’t the first time i heard it.
