One of the original members of the Hot Boys, Turk, recently filed a lawsuit against Cash Money for $1.3 million with the deadline being March 11th and Birdman got an extension of one month. April 11th came and went and Turk got no response from Cash Money. Now just a few days ago Turk filed a default motion against Cash Money and if it is granted Turk will be awarded the money without ever going to trail. And now the Judge has granted Turk default which means Cash Money will be ordered to pay him the $1.3 million.
