Ignacio Lee filed a lawsuit against Xzibit and his cannabis brand Lee claims Brass Knuckles brand of THC oil was the cause of his health problems. Lee suffered from fatigue, Headaches, nausea, shortness of breath and chest pains.
Lee stops using the products after many months and all his symptoms went away. The oil was allegedly tested positive for pesticides that is when Ignacio lawyered up and filed a lawsuit against the Pimp My Ride star.
A rep for the Brass Knuckles camp claims the allegations are false and California safety standards are very strict, and recent test performed proves the products to be safe.
