Ackquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda still is waiting for trail for his arrest in 2014 for narcotics, weapons, and conspiracy. Today they had a pre-trail hearing and Bobby was represented by a newly hired lawyer named Alex Spiro. Spiro has got Shmurda a brand new bail hearing set for January 19th plus he wants incident reports and arrests on the his record. Another thing Alex Spiro wants is background on the arresting officers in each of his run-ins. Now Bobby will go to trail on February 22nd but his bail hearing if successful may lead to him being out before that.
