Chris Brown will have no charges placed on him for the alleged battery of a woman that says he punched her and stole her cellphone during a New Years Eve party in Las Vegas. Billboard is reporting that the D.A. Steve Wolfson has figured out that there isn’t enough evidence to seek any charges. This is a great outcome because the woman obviously was just looking for a check from the start and people really see Chris as an easy target these days.
