Some sad news today for hip-hop because Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest has passed away at just 45 years old. Though the cause of his death is still unknown at this time Phife Dawg is best known for being a sort of underdog in the Tribe but don’t get it twisted he was one of the founders and was childhood friends with Q-Tip. It should be noted that Phife did suffer from diabetes since 1990 and it could of played a role. Rest in Peace to Phife Dawg.
