T.I. IS BEING SUED BY EMPLOYEES

the Atlanta eatery Scales 925, owned by rap artist T.I., now the focal point of a legitimate debate.

Clifford Harris, T.I’s. Legitimate name, and his business accomplice Charles Hughes have recently been named in a claim documented by 12 of their representatives asserting that the two restaurateurs have disregarded the Fair Labor Standards Act, WSBTV reports. The offended parties have blamed Hughes particularly for accursed pay hones at the same time, since they share joint power in the eatery, Harris is similarly at risk.

The claim asserts that Hughes kept deposited money from the restaurant’s payroll bank account into his own account. Subsequently when employees attempted to cash their payroll checks, they would bounce. Furthermore the laborers guarantee that they were “pressured to work off the clock for three hours before they were permitted to go home,” and they would routinely work over 40 hours consistently, yet they weren’t paid additional time. When they would gripe, Hughes purportedly disregarded them.
