Rapper, Actor Will Smith was facing a $15 million dollar lawsuit for the hit tv show Black-ish. Will did not act on the tv show or produce it but the Fresh Prince tv star had a contest for scripts and David Marcus sued the star say that Black-ish is a copy of his script “Across The Tracks,” that was submitted to Will in 2013. Marcus claims he never heard back from Will but when he seen Black-ish is was the base of the script he wrote, Will fired back at the allegations and Marcus agreed to drop the suit.
