40 Water filed suit against author Erika Kane and her publishers for a book she recently started selling, which will be titled "Captain Save a Hoe".....you know exactly the same title he used for his 1993 hit song. 40's not having it. He's asking a judge to yank the book from shelves and from it, all profits made from sales so far. We have reached out to Kane for remark ... so far, no word back. E40 says he owns the rights to "Captain Save a Hoe" and Kane copied it word for word on her own novel is straight-up ripping off him, and of course unfairly profiting off his song along with the persona he created with it.
