Kanye West Has A Unprecedented Impact On Hip Hop Says Common

It is the 10 year anniversary of Kanye West College Dropout album.  Rapper Common now a Chicago emcee who worked with West on many occasion was asked to share thoughts on Kanye West.  Common had nothing but good words for the lyricist from the windy city.  He said West is an “monumental artist” and say his impact on Hip Hop is “unprecedented”.  The rapper say you can not think about Hip Hop without thinking about West.  College Dropout is one of them albums that bridged it bridge a lot of things.  Am glad i am on it.  During the interview, Common recall working on West Be record.  He remember coming into the studio while West was working on beats for another artist.  He was playing a beat that he thought was good for me.  He told me to hurry it take it before the other artist walk in and here it.
Common has not release an album in over two years.  Although he is currently working on one.  The album would consist the greatest music he ever made.  The album Nobody Smiling has something new and special about it.  The music is special but there is also more to the album.  It is like a movement.  We are going into inner cities and helping programs that supports young people.  So they can stop killing each others and they can get off the street.  Currently there is not release date for the album.
