A few weeks back Rich Homie Quan was accused of assaulting a security guard while just outside Club LIV in Miami, Florida. At first Quan was maintaining his innocence even putting out a statement about the situation saying he is innocent but that changed today when he turned himself in. NBC has reported Quan will be facing a misdemeanor charge of battery though it is still unclear how long Quan will be held in custody or if he will even plead guilty to the charges. The report from the club is that the security guard was punched twice in the face by Quan which gave him a broken nose.
