A ways back in March The Game was involved in a fight at a Pro-Am basketball game where he allegedly punched an off duty officer. Now Game is being charged with a felony offense for the fight. TMZ is reporting that the L.A. County D.A. is charging the game with a count of “making criminal threats” because he allegedly said “I’m going to kill you” to the officer. Game was not charged with the battery and a warrant is now out for his arrest. The Game says that he didn’t make the threats and the cop “insinuated he had a gun in his gym bag.
