The suspected shooter of Lil Waynes tour bus, Jimmy Winfrey, who is now saying that he told Lil Wayne he would “spray his bus,” before the shooting happened though it is unknown when exactly they spoke. The indictment insteresting enough still says that Birdman and Young Thug conspired with Winfrey but it is still unknown if they will be getting charged for anything which would be pretty insane.
