Beyonce and Jay Z have won their lawsuit against a Hungarian singer named Mitsou. The singer sued both Beyonce and Jay Z one year ago in December of 2014 saying that they used her voice without her permission on the hit track. Her vocals come from the song “Gypsy Life on the Road” that came out way back in 1997. The judge dismissed all charges because the track is not protected by the Civil Rights Law of New York which was Mitsou’s whole case.
