Brother of Nicki Minaj, Jelani Maraj, has now been sent to a grand jury because he was accused of raping a 12-year old on many occasions. This case was actually sent to the grand jury back on March 3rd and what will happen is the jury will get evidence and decide of Jelani should be indicted.
