The Bulloch County Superior Court Judge named John R. Turner has decided to rule against granting Offset, of the popular rap trio Migos, bail for the third time. Offset was in court on October 9^th trying to argue his release saying that they had wrongly labeled the rapper a gang member because of a tattoo that he has that says “Black Migo Gang”. Turner reviewed this case but at the end of the day he denied Offset bail again previously denying him back in both May and June. Offset has been locked up for six whole months now which definitely is not helping his career.

ScHoolboy Q has a highly anticipated album on the way and he decided to tease his fans on his Instagram. On his Instagram for his birthday Q let his fans know that he was listening to his brand new album to celebrate the special occasion. The photo he posted shows Q smoking and chilling in the studio which is a great indication that he has been hard at work on his newest album though we still have little information on it. TDE never seems to not have an artist ready to drop a new project so we now have ScHoolboy Q’s album and Isaiah Rashads album right around the corner and fans of the collective couldn’t be happier.

Today T-Wayne is not in a good place because he is being investigated for the rape of woman. TMZ is reporting that a 22-year old woman from Dallas is saying that she had met T-Wayne on Instagram and he flew her out to Houston in July. She says that they went to the Cheesecake factory together and then when back to her hotel room where T-Wayne started to get aggressive and came after her for sex. Then she says when she refused he held her down and forced her to do it. The woman has now filed a police report and it is being investigated and her reasoning for waiting five weeks to report it is she says she was in shock from the whole thing. Kid Cudi has taken to twitter to announce the release date for his next album “Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven”. Fans did not seem really into Cudi changing the “to” in the title into the number two but people will eventually get over those small things if the music is amazing. The album will be dropping on December 4^th 2015 so it is right around the corner.

Jas Prince is the man who had introduced Drake to Lil Wayne and demanded the hefty sum of $11 million in royalties earned from his new hit song “Hotline Bling” from Cash Money. It is now being reported that the case has been settled but the amount of money it settled on was not disclosed. All of this legal drama has got to be a hassle for such a successful artist and It could sway Drake to leave Cash Money eventually.

Blac Chyna has been dating Future for about a month now and has already committed to getting “Future tattooed on her body. Chyna took to her Instagram account to share with her fans the brand new tattoo that is on the side of her hand. The good thing about this tattoo is that it really isn’t too specific so if the two don’t work out she can easily have it reference something else.

Drakes 29^th birthday was a few days ago and he actually got birthday wishes from Birdman which most would find odd because of the legal situation Young Money and Cash Money are in. Drake is a very successful artist and of course Birdman still wants to be cool with him because he probably makes the most money out of everyone in the label. Something interesting to note though is that Drakes last project with Future, “What a Time to Be Alive”, was actually credited to both Cash Money and Epic Records.

Chris Brown is a very successful artist in this day and age but Nick Cannon just gave him a huge compliment that many will not agree with. In an Instagram post Nick said that Chris Brown is what you get when you add Michael Jackson and Tupac Shakur together. “Think about how much everyone attacked MJ and 2Pac while they were alive… I don’t think I have ever witnessed someone more gifted, who has overcome so much and still growing and learning daily,” Nick Cannon said in his post. Now we all know Chris Brown has a great legacy but is it really anywhere near those two legends yet? I don’t Know.

Rappers all over America have admired NWA’s Straight Outta Compton, everyone wants their story to be told to the world and that is exactly what rapper Ja Rule has been working on. “It’s a great project, and we’re telling the Murda Inc story in-depth,” he said. “It’s going to be a drama series, and we got Paramount as a partner. It’s gotta be raw and uncut.”

Wacka Flocka Flame isn’t the only rapper who has had their issues with Atlantic Records, recently rapper Saigon has detailed the issues he has come across with the record label himself. “The label was like no, no, no. I’m like, ‘What you mean no?’ My people need this this is why I’m here,” he explained when asked about the Atlantic situation. “They were like, ‘No, we won’t support this.’ I’m like what do you mean? People have been confused about the “fu*k 50 Cent” comment the Game said to 50 Cent during a recent album release party, Game took the time to clear up putting 50 Cent on blast while being interviewed this week: “I was really drunk. I think sober me don’t, but the drunk me has beef with everybody. People got to be careful when The Game says something. A while back, while Rihanna’s career was just starting to sky rocket, there were rumors all over the media claiming that Jay Z had been cheating on Beyonce with singer Rihanna. Just this week, Rihanna’s ex publicist, Jonathan Hay, admitted to making up these rumors to help Rihanna’s career. “I was desperate at the time because I wanted to have a hit record, we were young and stupid.”

Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Show is one of the most popular hip-hop morning shows but not everyone is cool with Charlmagne Tha God’s way of speaking his mind with no filter. Young Thug is one artist who is not cool with The Breakfast Club because they seemed to side with The Game when he was on the show and said that Young Thug and new rappers like him are disrespectful and will talk crazy at you with a dress on. Fans that were hoping Young Thug would stop by the show might never get to see it because Thug took to his twitter today and said “Breakfast club is the devil !”. We have no idea what made him say this out of nowhere but Charlamagne re-tweeted it right after adding a bunch of laughing crying emojis.

Bobby Shmurda has been locked up for quite sometime now and today he called in from prison to HOT 97 to talk about his bail situation that was recently denied. Bobby Shmurda says that he has to pay $2 million of the bail money even though normally most cases only require 10%. Also he clears things up saying that it wasn’t his bail that was denied but the petition to get his bail reduced was denied and the courts even tried to raise the bail to $2.5 million but it didn’t work out for them. When asked about his label situation with Epic Records he says he has not heard a peep out of them in a very long time but he does seem to be in good spirits so that is a good thing.

Busta Rhymes is connecting with HOT 97 to throw down a big event in New York City. Doing the radio show just this morning Busta made the announcement that he would be having a holiday concert on December 5^th at the Prudential Center. The event will be called Busta Rhymes & Friends and some artist featured are the likes of Lil Wayne, Sean Paul, Diddy, French Montana, and Mary J. Blige so it is sure to be a great show.
