Rapper Drake is being sued by the estate of the late Jazz artist Jimmy Smith. The rapper and others is being sued for $300,000 for for illegal use of copyright material. The rapper use a sample track from “Jimmy Smith Rap”. The sample track is featured on the song “Pound Cake” a track from Drake 3rd album “Nothing Was The Same”. Jay Z is also featured on the track.
