Nelly was arrested over the weekend in Tennessee when Trooper Michael Loftis pulled over his coach bus that had Nelly and 5 others inside at around 9:20 a.m. on Saturday. The reason for pulling the bus over was because the bus failed to display the stickers mandated by U.S. DOT and International fuel tax association. The trooper smelled marijuana and with that he deemed it appropriate to search the bus on probable cause. The trooper found a plastic bag with five colored crystal-type rocks that have tested positive for methamphetamine and a gold-plated 50-caliber desert eagle pistol, 45-caliber tarus pistol, and 500 magnum smith and Wesson.
