The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office tells us the alleged victim’s refusal to collaborate made it impossible for them to go forward with charging Nelly without a crime.
Nelly’s fully off the hook now in that alleged rape at Washington State — prosecutors say they can not proceed.
Nelly’s attorney Scott Rosenblum is not surprised and informs us, “Nelly has experienced quite serious damage to his own standing. He has endured an economic loss and painfully has observed his own spouse and children suffer. As a consequence, Nelly is intending to move with litigation as the first step in restoring his standing.”
Rosenblum states Nelly admits actual sufferers of sexual assault have to be discovered and provides that’s why they are moving soon after his accuser. “This form of the rash false allegation may not be tolerated because it is really an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault.”
Prosecutors are complete using Nelly’s alleged rape case, however, he isn’t — he’s vowing to sue the girl he states falsely accused him.
Even the accuser’s lawyer claimed her client simply refused to testify on account of the general pressure she confronted later telling a tremendous celeb was too much too.
