The Bulloch County Superior Court Judge named John R. Turner has decided to rule against granting Offset, of the popular rap trio Migos, bail for the third time. Offset was in court on October 9th trying to argue his release saying that they had wrongly labeled the rapper a gang member because of a tattoo that he has that says “Black Migo Gang”. Turner reviewed this case but at the end of the day he denied Offset bail again previously denying him back in both May and June. Offset has been locked up for six whole months now which definitely is not helping his career.
