The beef between Lil Wayne and Birdman does not seem to be any closer to an end with Birdman now suing TIDAL for releasing Waynes “Free Weezy Album” for free on thier platform. Birman believes that TIDAL was an “illegal intermeddler” and he owns the rights to all of Waynes music. They believe it was a petty attempt to save their streaming service that doesn’t seem to be taking to the people. Cash Money says Wayne does not have the right or the power in his contract to license his own music and also through in that the album got weak reviews and could hurt the Cash Money immage. TIDAL is being sued for 50 million by Birdman so keep it right here for updates on this lawsuit.

Young Thug has been arrested by U.S. Marshals that were after him for an oustanding warrant. Spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, Jim Joyner, has said that Young Thug was arrested in his home at Sandy Springs without incident. “Williams was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats stemming from an incident that occurred with the jurisdiction of the Dunwoody police.” Jim said in a press statement. There is no more information at this time but as the story develops we will keep you up to date on the situation.

Tyga can never stay out of the news for too long and this time it is for his clothing brand Last Kings. Former business partner of Tyga named Chuon Guen Lee has stated that Tyga had promised to promote the brand more and get it into popular stores. But she says Tyga took half a million and ran to start another company called Egypt Kings. Now Lee is asking for $1.6 million from the rapper and got this response from Tyga’s people “These, like other allegations, are completely false. This was a business relationship that went sour and was ended last year. We learned of the complaint via TMZ and are aware that individuals will continue to attempt to cash in on Tyga’s success.”  Keep it right here for updates.

Top Dawg Entertainment known for giving the world Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, and Jay Rock has had their record labels YouTube account terminated. “Top Dawg Entertainment has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted,” Is what the message stated when you would try to reach the page. This comes right after Kendrick Lamar had a lawsuit over his “The Blacker The Berry” artwork so this could be related. It seems as of right now the channel is back up so hopefully the label got everything thing together.

LAPD is now on the case of a man who has been stalking Rihanna. A man named that goes by both Ralph Alexander and Alex Mercer on his social media accounts was outside of Rihannas house on April 30^th and took a selfie of himself in front of it. The very next day the same guy posted a threat to Rihanna on Twitter and tagged her in it. “Should of killed @Rihanna a minute back I would be good right now. Sorcery is a weapon I use guns, bout to get a gun license, can’t use my hands,” The LAPD are now tracking the man and are hoping to catch him before he goes too far.

It is being reported that DMX has just begun a six month prison stay following his arrest last month. X is at Erie County Holding Center which is in Buffalo New York and the reasoning for his six month could be anything from past child support issues coming back to haunt him to traffic violations. Seems like DMX can’t get himself out of the negativity at least for right now. Keep it locked right here for updates on this situation.

Lil Wayne was doing a show at Club LIV in Miami which is a popular spot for celebrities to hand out in the city. Just this last weekend Birdman was in the club while Lil Wayne was performing for Jim Jones birthday. Allegedly Birdman threw a drink at Wayne while he was on stage and people in his crew threw bottles of water at Wayne also. Check out a clip from inside the club below.

As we all know Tyga dropped his most recent album “The Gold Album: 18^th Dynasty” and dropped the album on iTunes a couple days later only selling 2,200 copies. TMZ is now reporting that Birdman is not happy about this at all and did not approve of the way Tyga handled it calling it “Childish”. Birdman is not counting that album towards Tyga’s contract and expects one more album out of him before he can truly be a free man.

This news was not expected but Wall Street Journal is reporting that 50 Cent has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. 50 has taken part in so many different business ventures some paying off and some not. This comes right after we find out 50 was ordered to pay Rick Rosses baby mama $5 million in emotional damages plus his own SMS promotions company also filed. 50 Cents attorney has released this “statement Attorneys for Curtis Jackson, a/k/a 50 Cent, today announced that their client has filed for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The filing allows Mr. Jackson to reorganize his financial affairs, as he addresses various professional liabilities and takes steps to position the future of his various business interests. Mr. Jackson’s business interests will continue unaffected in the ordinary course during the pendency of the chapter 11 case. This filing for personal bankruptcy protection permits Mr. Jackson to continue his involvement with various business interests and continue his work as an entertainer, while he pursues an orderly reorganization of his financial affairs.”

Pusha T was said to have to have his next album “King Push” drop in the spring and then the rumor was June 30^th. But it never happened and fans are anxiously awaiting new music from the rapper but when speaking with Revolt TV Pusha T that he will be dropping new music by the end of the Summer. Now this probably isn’t what fans wanted to hear because a full album was expected sooner but at least it is something.

Chief Keef has just announced that he will be doing a benefit concert for the family of the toddler who was struck and killed by the suspects in the Capo murder that happened just yesterday. The concert is to be free and everyone at the concert should go wanting to make a donation to the family of the toddler. Cheif Keef will not actually be in Chicago but he will be peforming via hologram from a soundstage in Los Angeles. A speaker for Keef says that he is truly heartbroken and shocked by the events that unfolded and is actually going to be starting a Stop the Violence Now Foundation. This is an awesome thing Keef is doing.

Manhattan Supreme Court has actually ordered 50 Cent to pay Rick Rosses baby mama, Lavonia Leviston, a whopping $5 million in emotional damages for uploading her sex tape to the internet back in 2009. In breaks down like this $2.5 million for the violation of her civil right and using her image without her permission. The other $2.5 million is for intentionally inflicting emotional distress onto her and it is worth noting that her lawyer originally was looking for $20 million. 50 needs to be careful who he messes with online from now on because sometimes things come back to haunt you.

 

A member of Chief Keefs Glow Gang that went by the name of Capo has been murdered in his own hometown of Chicago. At only 22 years old world of the young rappers death spread throughout social media because of a video that actually showed him shot on the side walk hardly breathing. The shooting happened at 1:40pm on the 7700 block of South Kingston Avenue on the South Side of the city. The suspected shooters rans over a 1 year baby boy and killed him just 20 minutes later while making their escape. This is a very tragic situation and is becoming way to normal in Chicago.

Hussein Fatal was in the rap group called the Outlawz which was led by none other then Tupac himself. But today Hussein was killed in a car accident at just 38 years old. Hussein is most known for being on Tupacs song “All Bout U”, “When We Ride”, and “Hit Em Up”. Fatal worked with plenty of other rappers though from DMX to Ja Rule. The death was confirmed over social media from other former members of Outlawz, EDI and Napoleon.

The hype surrounding the upcoming “Straight Outta Compton” movie continues to grow. The director of the film has recently talked about the soundtrack “[Dre] went deep and you can hear some of his influences, with jazz and soul and a little bit of funk.” Now it is confirmed that both Eminem and Kendrick Lamar will both be on the soundtrack for the film. The film comes out on August 14^th and is bound to be the movie to watch.
