Nicki Minaj’s Ex Safaree Samuaels, who she was with for 12 years prior to being with Meek Mill for the last few months, has finally put exactly how he feels into a song that is obviously about their past relationship. TMZ has obtained audio of a song called “Love The Most” which talks about Nicki calling her out for not wanting to have his child and how hurt he was when Nicki kissed Nas. “Had to watch you kiss Nas and pretend it’s all cool/Inside I was feeling like a mothafucking fool,” Safaree says and he also alludes to the fact that Nicki and Meek were already seeing each other before they had even split. Chance The Rapper is all about the positivity and spreading it among the people. Now Chance is going to be having a free festival for teens in Chicago. Taking to twitter to make the announcement Chance said “I’m organizing Chicago’s first T.I.P festival next Wed SO YOU KNOW ITS GON BE FREE RSVP” All people between the ages of 13-24 can register to attend festival. Rick Ross was arrested just this afternoon for possession of marijuana while in Georgia. Ross was stopped by the cops while he was driving his Bentley because of the tinted windows. When the door was opened the cops smelled marijuana. Rick Ross is being processed now in Fayette County Jail. He was arrested for the same thing back in 2014 so some people just never learn but keep it locked right here for updates on his situation.

Drake showed up to Apples WWDC 2015 event where they announce all their yearly updates to their products. Drake announced Apples new Apple Music streaming service which is set to launch on June 30^th and truly rival Spotify because Apple has a huge music library at their disposal and one of the biggest, most influential young artist by their side. Apple Music will be $9.99 a month and give you the ability to stream any of the music from iTunes along with music videos. TIDAL should be sweating right now because for $10 less then TIDAL a month you can have access to APPLES entire music catalog.

Lil Wayne has decided to partner with Kobalt Neighbouring Rights which is a company that makes sure and collects royalties for artists it reps. Artist like Kid Cudi, Sam Smith, Bruno Mars, Busta Rhymes, and Ariana Grande all are partnered with the company and now Lil Wayne has joined the ranks. Here is a statement from the company on their services. “Kobalt’s powerful tracking system compares collection against detailed in-house expectations to ensure all income is correctly accounted. Kobalt develops these detailed expectations from 3rd party performance data, Territory expectations from Kobalt’s pre-distribution health check, as well as from the client’s income data. Combining these three data sources allows us to monitor collection and ensures all income is received.” Despite this change Lil Wayne is indeed still suing Cash Money.

Fans of Iggy Azalea may have to wait some time before they get to see her live because she has once again cancelled another performance. Iggy just recently cancelled her whole “Great Escape” tour and now this which stems from protests from Pittsburghs gay community because they believe Iggy is homophobic with tweets using the words “homo” and “dykes”. Snoop Dogg had an endorsement deal with Colt 45 for their fruit flavored beverage. Snoop is now saying that the deal was larger then originally thought. Snoop is suing Pabst Brewing Co., because he feels he is entitled to 10% of Colt 45’s net value upon selling. It was sold for $700 million back in November of 2014 so of course Snoop believes he should be collecting and never received a check. Pabst has come forward only to say that Snoop never approached them to talk about his alleged share since the company switched owners. “We have not been contacted by Snoop Dogg or his representatives about this issue. We are investigating the matter and would be happy to talk to Snoop or his representatives to try to get to the bottom of this.” No idea how much Snoop is looking for but his lawsuit is that he believes that he made it cool for people to drink the Colt 45 brand. One of the most influential groups in hip-hop, N.W.A, will be reuniting on stage in celebration of the “Straight Outta Compton biopic”. This is all going down on June 27^th with Ice Cube, DJ Yella, and MC Ren doing some of their classics. Dr. Dre’s name was not a part of the announcement but Cube hinted that he would be there as well. Others to be at the show are Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Schoolboy Q. “It’s just gonna be one of those ‘I wish I were there in L.A. nights.’ And we’re gonna rock that shit, no problem,” Ice Cube said.

 

OG Maco decided to takes shots at Travi$ Scott over twitter for having an ATL sounding song with a bunch of ATL rappers featured on it. Macos first tweet read “What’s impressive about an Atlanta record made by a non-Atlanta native, backed by two of the biggest artists and producers? Anyone?” followed by “I think it’s more impressive that the real Atlanta youth is making major strides without co-signs and stacked teams. We empower each other.” After that Maco says that he is a fan of Scott but he wants him to stay in his own lane and not use the ATL sound which was obviously met by a lot of hostility on twitter because Maco seemed to backpeddle and continued to say how he thinks Scott is an amazing performance. While at Hot 97s Summer Jam Meek Mill had a good performance bringing out Future and his girlfriend Nicki Minaj. But what go all of his fans really excited was that Meek revealed that his next album, “Dreams Worth More Than Money”, will be dropping later on this moneth. Kim Kardashian got an elaborate marriage propasal for her 33^rd birthday and now shes returning the favor. Kim has rented out the entire Staples Center for Kanyes 38^th birthday for Kanye and Friends. The highly anticipated “SURF” album that was put on iTunes for free by Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment seems to have been a huge success. Chance The Rapper took to twitter to share official numbers of downloads of the album. The album was downloaded 618,000 times in the week will 10 million singles moved. This number of course doesn’t even account for everyone who just downloaded the free album off hip-hop websites or other places around the web. This does show the huge interests people have in the style of music Chance is involved in and this can only mean good things for his next mixtape of album.

Photographer, Leslie Redden is now suing both Katt Williams and Suge Knight for allegedly getting beat up and robbed by the two way back on September 5^th of last year. Redden says she was taking photographs and Suge believed she was taking pictures of him and his son and confronted her angrily saying he would have a woman come beat her up. This is when Katt and his girl came over and his girl knocked Redden to the ground. Redden says she sustained injuries to her neck, back, fingers, and wrist along with emotional suffering. Tinashe released her debut album just last year called “Aquarius” and it has obviously got some attetion in hight places. Tinashe is now working with big time pop producers like Max Martin who worked with Taylor Swift on her last album. So it seems like Tinashe is trying to get more number ones under her belt even if it changes the sound of her overall music. We will see if it pans out and works for her but at just 22 years old she has plenty of time to find her way.

Though it was thought for a little while now the couple had split up Nicki Minaj brought out Meek Mill during her X Games performance. The show was in Austin, TX and this pretty much confirms that they are still a couple and the rumors were untrue. Nicki performed some of her hit songs like “Truffle Butter”, “Only”, and “Moment 4 Life” before bringing out Meek to perform his hit song “I’mma Boss”.
