Kanye West is once again the target of leaked track list hoax with a track list circulating the internet that is said to be from his upcoming album “So Help Me God”. The track list began its rounds yesterday in the form of a picture seemingly from Def Jam. Though this fake was done very well so these people creating them are getting much better at it but Def Jam has come out and confirmed that it is absolutely a hoax.
Chris Browns long time on again off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran may officially calling it quits with the singer now. Taking to twitter today Karrueche tweeted out “Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me”. This is because as previously posted Chris Brown has a nine-month old baby girl with a former model that everyone is just finding out about. This seems to be the last straw for Karrueche but only time will tell and Chris has not responded to any of this yet but we will keep you up to date on any new information that comes out.
Kanye West had a surprise concert at KOKO in London, England that went through a catalogue of hit from Ye. Kanye brought out guest to get on the stage with him including Big Sean, CyHi Pynce, Raekwon, and Vic Mensa. Kanye performed his big hits “All Day” and “Wolves” then gave Vic Mensa some help doing one of his new songs off his upcoming album. A Chicago rapper by the name of Hollywood Holt has just signed a deal with G.O.O.D. Music. Holt made it known via twitter and instagram that he was signed to the label. Holt has been affiliated with G.O.O.D. music since their SXSW showcase last year which he was a part of. A few months back we got news that Jay Z had put in a bid for a music streaming service by a company named Aspiro. But now reports are that Aspiro is close to rejecting the deal from Project Panther Bidco which is a subsidiary of Jay Z’s own Shawn Carter Enterprises. It is being said that the reason the $56 million may be rejected is because of the minority shareholders who control up to 10 percent of Aspiro. The main concert from these shareholders is the fact that Project Panther Bidco has not be upfront with their “ plans for international expansion”. They now have until march 11 to decide if they want to accept or deny any offers.
Tmz is reporting that Chris Brown is the father of a 9-month old baby girl. Reports are that the mother of the child is a 31-year-old former model named Nia. She has known Brown for years though the two are not romantically involved with one another at the moment but are on good terms. There hasn’t been any word on any formal child support being set up but it is said that Chris Brown is happy to be a father. Keep it locked for more information on this story as it develops.
Rick Ross hanged out with the legendary comedian Bill Murray this past weekend. With plenty of pics of Ross and Murray surfacing online we see two people we would have never expected to see hanging out having a great time. Both the guys happened to be at the same Rhode Island vs. La Salle NCAA basketball game that took place in Philly on Saturday. Murray’s son is the assistant coach for Rhode Island while Rick Ross is just a fan of College ball. Rick and Murray met up and actually went to the studio but what they did there is a not clear but It could only be great.
DJ Khaled is known for his flashy lifestyle always sporting very expensive looking things. After seeing all of these things it comes as a shock that no all of the stuff people see him around with may not actually be his. In a new lawsuit a New York jeweler is saying that he is owed for several expensive pieces. The lawsuit was filed for Rafaello & Company saying that Khaled received two Rolex watches, a custom made diamond, a pair of diamond earrings, and a four carat diamond ring back in 2012. The company says they had written out an agreement with Khaled which gave him fifteen days to check out the jewelry and if he liked them then he would have to pay up. The lawsuit states that he just kept the jewelry and didn’t pay and now owes them more than $100,000.
ESPN’s own Robert Flores just came under heat from the NBA’s Nick Young. The reason for this is because Flores, a Sports center anchor, decided to make a sly remark about Iggy Azalea and her killing of hip-hop. Of course Nick Young being Iggy’s boyfriend took to twitter to defend her saying “Its cool to talk about me all day any day I find with that, I can take a joke … That what I do joke, but I didn’t see the point of that” then he added in another tweet “Since these Sports Channels want to like they BET we shall see”.
Kanye has had a huge week wreaking havoc with his “All Day” performance at the BRIT Awards and took to twitter yesterday to give all the fans big news. Kanye West’s new album will be titled “So Help Me God” and Ye also shared some possible artwork which is a very minimal design which is not very surprising from Kanye today. The symbol on the artwork is said to be “13th Century monastic symbol for the Virgin Mary.”
There was a party yesterday in Charlotte that was hosted by T.I. Yo Gotti and Jeezy . The three artist didn’t get a chance to perform because there were the sounds of two gunshots which made everyone in attendance panic. Reports are not clear on whether any rappers were on the stage when this occurred or not but they were rushed out of the venue quickly right after the shots rang out. As for injuries two people were wounded one drove themselves to the hospital but police have confirmed that both had non-life-threatening injuries.
In an interview with MTV 50 Cent decided to speak about a special song he has on his upcoming album, “Street King Immortal”, called “Champions.” This song is a collaboration with Eminem and was put together by the two artist while at Eminem’s house. “We wrote the song in Detroit, I [went] out there and we recorded in his studio, which is his comfort zone, Em is a lab rat–in case you didn’t notice. You don’t see him unless he’s scheduled to be there. Other than that, he’s probably writing something right now.” 50 Cent said adding that we should expect post-recovery Eminem on this track.
Ludacris got married to his long time girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan last December. Now the couple is expecting their first child together. Eudoxie spread the word earlier today with a photo posted to Instagram of Luda kissing her belly with the simple caption “Beautiful day on the beach” with Luda reposting the photo right after with his own caption saying “Beautiful day indeed”. Shortly after Luda gave even more news to his fans announcing that his long awaited album “Ludaversal” will be dropping on March 31st.
Kanye’s “All Day performance got another artist upset with him when he performed it at the Brit Awards. This time it was Liam Gallagher who is the lead singer in a British rock band called Oasis. After the show Liam tweeted “Kanye West. Utter Shit. LG x” then added “@kanyewest …And you’re a million miles away from College Dropout. That’s artistry. LG x.” Liam has done something like this before back in 2008 when Jay Z was chosen to headline a famous British music festival saying he refused to see hip-hop at the festival saying “it’s wrong.” Vic Mensa responded quickly to Liam Gallagher’s tweets saying “fuck @liamgallagher and his irrelevant old man opinions.” The young 21-year old Chicago MC/singer also offered up a warning saying “white washed world you should all be scared”.
Before getting to perform his show in Charlotte, North Carolina Lil Boosie was forced to miss it can cancel. The reasoning was Boosie had to be hospitalized for dehydration with reports saying that the rapper felt “frail and weak” while on his way to his performance. When at the hospital he was told he was extremely dehydrated and was given an IV. Thankfully it isn’t too bad and Boosie will be right back doing shows starting tonight at the Swainsboro Fairgrounds in Georgia.
