Rap star T.I. is ready for a name change! Clifford Harris also known as T.I. feels that his stage name has no meaning. Growing up Clifford’s childhood nick name was TIP and many still know him by that name. When starting his rap career T.I. was advised to to change his name because of the popular Q tip from Tribe Called Quest and they wouldn’t want to confuse the 2 artist, so it was suggested that he drop the P in TIP and that is when T.I. was created. We will have to wait to see on the next album if he goes back to the name TIP or maybe something else but we will keep you posted.
Rick Ross started trial last week facing many serious charges that include aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping. Ricks groundkeeper Jonathan Zamudio claims his life was threatened and beaten by Rick Ross and his body guard and told not to contact the authorities. Jonathan suffered many bruises a chipped tooth and broken jaw. The incident allegedly happen due to a unauthorized cocain driven wild party on Ricky Rozay property hosted by the groundskeeper Jonathan Zamudio(June 2015). Rick Ross attorney was accused of stalling and moving at a snail pace by local media outlets, the real reason was the hoops they had to go threw and countless unnecessary objections and arguments during the introduction of evidence.
