Meek Mill has a very important court date set for early February so he has been doing a ton of good deeds to make himself look real good. Most recently he donated 50k and $60,000 bottles of water to Flint, MI to help them with their water crisis. Now Meek has done something no one saw coming which is enroll into college which he announced just today while visiting Overbrook High School which is in West Philadelphia. This is awesome because he is showing all the kids that college is a good thing and can help better you situation. Keep it right here for updates on this sudden choice of education for Meek and we’ll see if he really pulls through with it.

Meek Mill was the first major rapper to jump in and help Flint, MI because they are going through a horrible water crisis. Now Big Sean and his very own non-profit called the Sean Anderson Foundation along with partner CrowdRise are about to start a campaign called #HealFlintKids which will specifically be for helping families that have been exposed to the toxic waters. With a personal donation of $10,000 to get things going all the proceeds will be going to the community which is really awesome. “I am devastated by the water crisis that has put the entire city of Flint in a state of emergency, In recognizing the great work that the Community Foundation of Greater Flint Michigan has been doing, it is my hope we can help by raising the money needed to ensure that the children who have been hit the hardest receive the care that they need today and well into the future.” Sean said and his campaign will run until April 30 and anyone can donate right here.

Despite the fact that Birdman and Lil Wayne has been seen around together and have pretty much settle their differences Wayne is still looking to get his $51 million. TMZ is reporting that he and his legal team are not stopping their lawsuit so even though Birdman sure made it seem like they were all good now Lil Wayne may see things a little differently still. Taking to twitter Iggy Azalea spoke out to her fans saying that the president of Virgin/EMI which is her label has actually denied her request for a music video for her latest track “Azillion”. She also says she wants to leave the label and join Def Jam but we’ll have to wait and see if that ever happens. Azillion was a free track for the fans but honestly it just wasn’t very good at all so it makes sense that she didn’t get the okay but she does have more singles to put out before she drops her next album titled “Digital Distortion” so hopefully the singles are better.

As we all know 50 Cent has been going hard on Meek Mill with memes ever since Meek decided to diss him on a track. With no end in sight to 50’s memes it seems Meek has finally decided to give and we know this because of his recent Instagram post. In a recent Instagram post Meek reposted a tweet from comedian Michael Blackson which said “I think 50 is going to make this beef last till 2050…Just when you think this beef is over 50 finds a post of meek from his 1998 MySpace page smh… I will never beef with @50cent that Neega’s research team will find a video of me crying during my daycare days and embarrass me”. Meeks caption to this post was “Just stop @50cent u like 40 something doing memes and shit…..I submit to your memes lol” So it looks like Meek has had enough but we’ll see if it puts an end to 50’s roasting.

The 58^th Grammys this year is going to be a really special one on February 15^th on L.A. Both Kendrick Lamar who is at the top of hip-hop right now and The Weeknd who is at the top of R&B right now will be performing this year. With those amazing performers and LL Cool J set to host for his fifth time plus Run DMC receiving the lifetime achievement award The Grammys has a huge hip-hop presence this year and it is amazing.

R. Kelly just did an interview with GQ where he opened up about his relationship with the late great Aaliyah, his weird occasional habit of sleeping in his closet and how he questions all Bill Cosby accusers. But the weirdest thing is that Kelly actually claims that he does not know who Dave Chappelle is which most find very hard to believe. This is probably because as everyone knows R. Kelly allegedly urinated on an underage girl back in 2002 and Dave Chappelle roasted him for it on his show the “Chappelle Show” with the song “I Want To Piss On You” in it. So he must still be really salty about that because there is no way he doesn’t know who one of the most iconic black comedians is.

Chris Brown took to his Instagram to make sure his fans knew all about his brand new clothing label called Black Pyramid. Until now you might of only seen famous people like Rihanna wearing the gear but now Chris wants to make it affordable and for the average people. It is streetwear that changes popular sports logos and makes them unique to Browns style. The whole collection of clothing it said to be on his website Mechanical Dummy for sale really soon so of course his fans are going to be all over it.

Flint, Michigan is having a hard time with a major water crisis and 90,000 people having been exposed to the toxic waters. Now as previously reported Meek Mill was saying he was going to donate 50k to Flint and he wanted 50 Cent to match it. Today it has come out that he has delivered on his promise and donated 50k to Flint Child and Family Health Development and also donated 60,000 bottle of water to their food bank which is very generous. It is great that Meek is doing good deeds but he still has his trail looming over his head set for February 5^th and 50 Cent has not slowed down his shot taking over Instagram.

Jamie Foxx discovered a car on fire and over turned just outside his gate at his home. Jamie did what most people wouldn’t and sprung into action after dialing 911 and making sure they were on their way he ran to the car and unbuckled the man driving dragging him to safety along with another person who was in the area who has not yet been named. TMZ is saying that the man was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries which included burns. The reason for the crash is being blamed on wet roads at this time but police say that the man has been charged before with driving under the influence so only time will tell. Either way though Jamie did the right thing and saved a life.

Just yesterday it was found out that Birdman and Lil Wayne seemed to have settled their differences and were out at club LIV together. At the club Birdman gave a speech basically saying they are family and he would do anything for Wayne. Now Rick Ross heard about this and wasn’t to happy about it and took to his Snapchat where he raps “I’m a real player/them n*ggas kissed and they made up” so it looks like Ross is not rocking with either of them anymore and this beef could definitely grow from here. Biopics are all the rage now days after the huge success of “Straight Outta Compton” and now we have a pretty serious Tupac biopic coming in the near future. RZA has now spoken with Rolling Stone talking about a Ol’ Dirty Bastard biopic “I think it’s a great idea, and there has been talk about it, there are a few wheels in motion with one done by our first cousin Rayshawn; he was the young guy there watching everything that happened. Him and ODB’s wife have been talking and he has a pretty interesting script. I just saw a 12-minute teaser that he shot about a year ago and it felt pretty fucking cool. I watched it and was like, ‘Wow, you may have something here.’ He has the best thing that I’ve seen so far.” RZA continues  “I wouldn’t mind not doing it and I wouldn’t mind doing it. From the age of six, me and [ODB] used to push shopping carts around grocery stores and try to get nickels. There are very few people who know the real him as much as me. So it would be something that I would be honored to do, but there’s a lot of moving parts to it. If those moving parts don’t go in sync with me, I’ll still be on it just to see it happen, talk to whoever’s doing it and give them my interviews or whatever they need to help make this story as great as possible.” Hopefully this does happen because as someone who doesn’t know much about Ol’ Dirty Bastard and other people like me from my generation we could get a good look into his life.

This story plays out the same every single time but Bobby Shmurda the rapper who had a hit song “Hot Nigga” two Summers ago has had his bail denied again. Today his lawyers were in court today with a bond package just like they had back in December and it was denied yet again and no one has any idea where they are getting the money but they keep trying to use it. Next for Shmurda is trail on February 22^nd where he will be tried for his girlfriend trying to sneak a weapon into prison for him so thinks just don’t look good for him.

The beef may finally be over and everything could go back to normal because both Lil Wayne and Birdman were seen in Miami’s Club LIV. Birdman took to the stage with Wayne and their crews and had this to say about him. “This my motherfucking son, and I’mma die for him, I’mma live for him, and I’mma motherfucking kill for him. That ain’t gonna never change, nigga. It’s YMCMB for life.” So now that it is said and done only time will tell if the whole lawsuit is dropped as well but it would make sense if it is.

Ice Cube showed up to “The Talk” last Friday and in his interview he teased all the fans with the possibility that NWA will reunite. It is obvious that he is not supposed to say too much about it but it would be amazing if it does actually happen.
