Rick Ross always seems to have some legal troubles right behind him and this time it has to do with rape yet again. TMZ is now reporting that a “Jane Doe” has come forward with a brand new lawsuit stating that she had met Rick Ross and his crew at a hotel called the W in L.A. on Grammy weekend. They went to the Canibus Cup in a van when she was given a drink and started feeling dizzy eventually passing out and waking up then passing out again in Rosses friend “Black”’s hotel room and waking up at 8 AM the next morning. Her clothes had been removed and she found that she had been assaulted sexually and she believes that Black was the one who had actually raped her but she is also holding Ross responsible.
