Today T-Wayne is not in a good place because he is being investigated for the rape of woman. TMZ is reporting that a 22-year old woman from Dallas is saying that she had met T-Wayne on Instagram and he flew her out to Houston in July. She says that they went to the Cheesecake factory together and then when back to her hotel room where T-Wayne started to get aggressive and came after her for sex. Then she says when she refused he held her down and forced her to do it. The woman has now filed a police report and it is being investigated and her reasoning for waiting five weeks to report it is she says she was in shock from the whole thing.
