Late last month The Game was said to have punched an off duty cop at a pick-up basketball game. We have not heard anything further on the situation in a while but now that has changed. A lawsuit has been filed according to TMZ the Game says the victim threatened to pull a weapon on him. But the cop says that Game was unprovoked and just attacked him. The suit filed by the off-duty cop also states that he may have suffered brain damage from the punch from The Game.
