In a recent interview with Canada's Business News Network 50 talked about his new album Animal Ambition. He said the album will be a reintroduction because he spend a long time on hiatus. During his hiatus he worked in business part of the music business. 50 was also working on his final album requirement for Interscope. He was in a position where he would have to do audits and go through the books. There were conflict in different areas 50 said "Get Rich Or Die Tryin is the largest debuting Hip Hop album and the way they sold ringtones is exactly how we sell the single". "So the language in the contract spoke the same light and the way I would be paid off a ringtone if that the way I was to be paid off the single would mean they owed me like another $23 million maybe". So they went through the process that took 4 years but he got paid.
