In an affidavit filed with the 24th Judicial Court, Jordan supposedly said,"I understand the person that I saw take the gun was not Corey Miller."
As stated by the Times-Picayune, watch Kenneth Jordan stated that he lied when he testified C-Murder (real name Corey Miller) captured and murdered 16-year-old Steven Thomas in the Platinum Club in 2002.
"He was really their star witness at the second trial," Baker said. "Without him, they don't get a certainty."
