C-MURDER WANTS HIS MURDER CONVICTION. TOSSED OUT

Baker filed a memorandum looking for a new trial because of its No Limit solider.
He had been convicted in 2009.

A key witness in C-Murder’s homicide situation has supposedly changed his story now, the New Orleans rapper needs his conviction thrown out.
C-Murder, who’s the younger brother of Master P, is presently serving a life sentence at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola at what he calls”inhumane” conditions.

In an affidavit filed with the 24th Judicial Court, Jordan supposedly said,”I understand the person that I saw take the gun was not Corey Miller.”

As stated by the Times-Picayune, watch Kenneth Jordan stated that he lied when he testified C-Murder (real name Corey Miller) captured and murdered 16-year-old Steven Thomas in the Platinum Club in 2002.
“He was really their star witness at the second trial,” Baker said. “Without him, they don’t get a certainty.”
