When Beck won “Album of the Year” last night at the Grammys Kanye followed him onstage only to smile and return back to his seat. Many people thought Kanye was going to do the same thing he did to Taylor Swift back in 2009 at the VMA’s but it didn’t actually happen. Not very long afterwards Kanye spoke with E standing with his wife saying “If The Grammy’s want real artist to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us,” adding “We ain’t finna play with them no more. ‘Flawless’ Beyoncé video. Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé, and at this point, we tired of it. Because what happens is, when you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental feats of music, you’re disrespectful to inspiration.” When Beck heard what Kanye said he responded saying "I was just so excited he was coming up He deserves to be on stage as much as anybody. How many great records has he put out in the last five years right?” and Beck finished with "You can't please everybody, man. I still love him and think he's genius. I aspire to do what he does." Thankfully Beck didn’t take too much offense and it seems as though another Taylor Swift moment has been avoided.

Taking to twitter this past weekend rap artist Iggy Azalea called out Papa Johns because they allowed her information to be stolen. She tweeted out “@PapaJohns was my favorite pizza but the drivers they use give out your personal phone number to their family members” other tweet read “And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employess so you can identify who it is that steals your information” Iggy finally ended with “You know, to protect their privacy… Too bad they don’t value the privacy of their customers also. #DamnShame” We’ll keep you up to date if Papa Johns responds to Iggy and what happens from then on.

While rap artist Schoolboy Q was hosting at his pre-Grammy event that went on last night there was a commotion stirring up just outside. The party was at the Supperclub were just outside a man shot another man in the head fatally wounding him. TMZ is reporting that is isn’t clear if the two men had been attending Q’s party or if they were just outside of the venue but both shooter and victim have been linked to gangs. Other celebrities inside the club at the time of the shooting included Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, and DJ Paul.

While on the Grammy red carpet Kanye took the time to announce he would be executive-producing Rihanna’s next album. So it appears as though Ye and Rihanna will be working on a lot more songs together. After their work together on Rihannas hit single “FourFiveSeconds” fans of Rihanna and Kanye have a lot to get excited about but that is all the info we have at the moment the project doesn’t even have a title yet. As reported by TMZ Birdman along with a huge crew of his were turned away from Nick Minaj’s pre-Grammy party in West Hollywood early on Sunday morning. Cops made their way over there to make sure things didn’t get out of control. Birdman and crew showed up at 1:45 AM with the close supposed to be closing at 2 AM. The guy at the door told Birdman that the club was already closed though so whether it was Nicki who didn’t want him in or they just didn’t want to allow him in for the last 15 mins remains to be unknown but be sure to check back on more information on this situation.

T.I. has strong faith that Iggy Azalea will be winning a grammy this year: "I don't think it’s enough young urban socialites on the board for us to have a clear voice," he said. "You can look at the list of people who've never won a Grammy to see that. Tupac and B.I.G. have never won a Grammy, Snoop Dogg has never won a Grammy. That kinda says a lot."

Though they are still looking for a home the reports are that their daughter, Blue Ivy, has already been enrolled in a toddler program at a private school whose tuition is $15,080 each year. The former Hot Boy Turk didn’t exactly see all the success that Lil Wayne did after the group split up. That being said he and Wayne seem to still have something in common because they are both suing Cash Money. Turks suit is not as huge as Waynes but is still a pretty big deal because he is asking for $1.3 million in unpaid royalties. Turk says that Birdman and company have done some “shady accounting” and have not disclosed his full earnings and wants his Cash Money contract voided.

It has been a long time coming but Kanyes Adidas collab is almost here. Kanye just recently tweeted out a link to his new website “Yeezy.Supply” which also has a countdown that will end on the 12^th at 4pm eastern. Adidas has been telling everyone that “Yeezy Season” is approaching and wanting everyone to sign up for email email alerts on the Kanye x Adidas release.

Lil Wayne filed a law suit against Cash Money Records for $51 Million, the following is a portion of the lawsuit: “In early December, 2014, Carter delivered to Cash Money the sound recordings comprising the second of the solo albums, entitled ‘Tha Carter V’, provided for by the 2012 Amendment. Although obligated to pay Carter Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) at the commencement of the recording of ‘Tha Carter V’ and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) upon delivery of the album, Cash Money breached the 1998 Recording Agreement as amended specifically by the 2012 Amendment, by failing to pay Carter the Eight Million Dollar ($8,000,000.00) payment upon commencement of the recording and paying Carter only Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) over the course of the recording of ‘Tha Carter V’.”

After having a Confidential party scheduled at the Beverly Hills Hotel, John Legend refused to attend do to the owners social views: “John Legend will not be attending the L.A. Confidential party at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday, February 5th in light of the horrific anti-women and anti-LGBT policies approved by the hotel’s owner, the Sultan of Brunei. These policies, which among other things could permit women and LGBT Bruneians to be stoned to death, are heinous and certainly don’t represent John’s values or the spirit of the event. John does not, in any way; wish to further enrich the Sultan while he continues to enforce these brutal laws.” Many other celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres and Sharon Osborne have also boycotted visiting the Beverly Hills Hotel in the past.
