New York City Cops is being sued for violating First Amendment rights of Rappers

There is a lot of vendors who sells products in Time Square without being hassled by the cops except for a group of 8 rappers.  8 rappers who sell their music CD in New York Time Square has brought a law suit against New York City cops for violating their rights with bogus arrest.  The group file the joint lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court against the city and 17 cops.  Andre Jackson a rapper from Soundview section of the Bronx said " they don't want us making money out here, I've been arrested over 30 times".  The number of arrest have been confirmed by the NYPD.  Another rapper said we are having fun out here, we are doing something we're are allowed to do.  The group have been charged with disorderly conduct and aggressive begging.  The group claims the allegations are bogus and their cases are ultimately dismissed.  The group say selling their music is protected by the First Amendment Right. One of the rappers said the police never arrest the spray-paint guy, they never arrest the guy who draws pictures.
