Universal Music Publishing owns the Ether and has seized the diss track that was being used without permission. The diss track hit number 2 on iTunes and is still available for download as of now but the can change any day now. Nas who originally used the beat to diss Jay Z welcomes the battle raps and thinks its a good thing.
